1. Services Provided

Legacy Mobile Notary Services provides mobile notary public services in compliance with the laws of the state of Nevada. We do not offer legal advice or legal representation. Our services are strictly limited to performing lawful notarial acts.

2. Not Legal Advice Disclaimer

We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada and may not provide legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Please consult with a licensed attorney for any legal advice or assistance.

3. Scheduling & Payment

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Service fees are clearly communicated prior to any notarial act and are due at the time of service. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit card, or other forms as specified.

4. Text Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Legacy Mobile Notary Services for appointment confirmations, service updates, and important notifications related to your notary request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP."

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Without proper notice, refunds may not be issued for missed appointments.

6. Limitation of Liability

Legacy Mobile Notary Services shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, missed appointments, or improper use of notarized documents.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legacy Mobile Notary Services, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of our services, website, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada.
